1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Structify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use Structify for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. This license does not include the right to resell or sub-license the service, collect or use data for commercial purposes outside of your own use, or misrepresent the source of the service.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Structify reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The diagrams and content you create using Structify remain your property. Structify retains ownership of the platform, its code, design, and trademarks. You grant Structify a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Structify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. The total liability of Structify shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
6. Changes to Terms
Structify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
